Privacy Policy for Neutral Keys

This Privacy Policy describes how Neutral Apps LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with your use of the Neutral Keys application (the "App").

1. No Data Collection

We believe in your right to privacy. Neutral Keys is designed to function as a virtual MIDI keyboard without collecting any of your personal data.

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Your name, email address, or other contact information
  • Device identifiers or IP addresses
  • Usage data or analytics
  • Any MIDI data you create. All MIDI information is processed locally on your device and is never sent to us or any third party

Since we do not collect any data, your information cannot be used for advertising, sold to third parties, or used for any other purpose.

2. MIDI Data

Neutral Keys processes MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) data on your device to allow you to control MIDI-compatible software and hardware. This data includes note on/off events, velocity, aftertouch, pitch bend, and control change messages. All MIDI data is processed in real-time locally on your device and is not saved, logged, or transmitted by the App.

3. Data Retention

Since we do not collect any data from you, there is no data retention period. Any information generated during your use of the App remains solely on your device and is handled according to your device's data management policies.

4. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since the App does not collect any data, we do not have a way of knowing the age of our users. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information below.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

6. Your Rights

Even though we don't collect personal data, we respect and acknowledge the privacy rights granted by regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Since no data is collected, there is no personal data to access, delete, or export.
