Privacy Policy for Neutral LM

Neutral LM ("Licensor," "we," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Neutral LM handles data when you use the Neutral LM application ("App"), available on the Apple App Store and Mac App Store.

1. Data We Do Not Collect

We prioritize your privacy and data security. Our approach is to minimize data collection and processing to only what is necessary for the App to function.

  • We do not collect, transmit, or store your prompts, model outputs, or personal data
  • We do not track your usage or behavior in the App
  • We do not use advertising identifiers or analytics SDKs

2. Local Processing

The App runs models locally on your device. Your prompts and outputs remain under your control.

On macOS, the App may request access to files or directories that you select. These files are processed locally and are not transmitted to us.

3. Connectivity and Third Parties

The App may connect to the internet solely for you to discover, download, or update third-party models.

When you download a model, your IP address and request data may be shared with the third-party host serving that model.

Your use of third-party models, datasets, or repositories is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Data Retention

Since we do not collect any data from you, there is no data retention period. Any information generated during your use of the App remains solely on your device and is handled according to your device's data management policies.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 18, you may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

6. Legal Compliance

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

7. Your Rights

Even though we don't collect personal data, we respect and acknowledge the privacy rights granted by regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Since no data is collected, there is no personal data to access, delete, or export.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance.
